After suffering a traumatic event, our family was changed forever. My husband's inability to cope and heal from his Trauma has left our happy home (and our marriage of 24 years) in shambles. For more than 10 years I've dedicated my life to my family and their special needs (Autism, Asperger's, Dyslexia). The majority of the family unprepared to handle my responsibilities when I was diagnosed with Trauma & PTSD-Complex, and my struggle with Trauma prevented me from being the family manager and backbone our family had come to know. It is now barely a year since I was diagnosed and I have made monumental strides in my recovery, but have had to accept that my husband's struggle with Trauma is unhealthily affected our family. Now I am trying to get our lives back on track while being responsible for 2 young Adults with Autism, 1 young adult with Asperger's and my youngest son. Our whole family has suffered trauma affects and the kids need me to be the backbone they have always known. I know I can get us back on track, but in order to do it to the best of my ability I could really use some help.

We will be updating all the details of how this situation has unfolded, what our goals are, what we need, how money will be spent and our plans to reclaim life and live it to the fullest by putting this experience behind us.
